Gina's K Head Spa — operated by C&C Kim Care Inc. — is a Korean head spa at 144 2nd Street, Mineola, NY 11501. You can reach us at (516) 246-9341 or gina@ginaskheadspa.com. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Gina's K Head Spa.

• You can book online or by phone. Please provide accurate details so we can confirm and prepare for your visit.
• Every visit begins with a consultation and scalp analysis, so please arrive a few minutes early.
• We may need to reschedule or adjust an appointment occasionally; if we do, we'll contact you to arrange a new time.

Payment is always taken in person at the studio — we never collect payment through this website. Prices for services and add-ons are shown as a guide and are confirmed with you at the studio during your consultation. Prices and services may change over time.

Plans change — we understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer the time to someone else. Repeated no-shows may affect our ability to hold future appointments for you.

Gift cards may be used toward any treatment or add-on. They aren't redeemable for cash except where required by law, and lost or stolen cards can't be replaced without proof of purchase.

If you opt in when booking, we may send appointment confirmations and reminders by text. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of booking. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help. We also send booking confirmations by email. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Our treatments are for relaxation and general scalp and hair wellness. They are not medical treatments and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or care. Please tell your specialist about any allergies, sensitivities, skin or scalp conditions, or health concerns before your treatment, and consult a doctor about any medical condition.

You agree to use this site only to browse our services and book genuine appointments, and not to misuse it, disrupt it, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways. The content, branding, and images on this site belong to Gina's K Head Spa and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gina's K Head Spa and C&C Kim Care Inc. are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this website or our services. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the effective date above, and continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
